Specifically constructed for luxury-seeking female campers, the Women’s Comfort Plus Self-Inflating Sleeping pad features comfort warmth zones in the hip and foot area to provide extra support and insulation for the way women sleep. The Delta Core technology reduces the foam's bulk and weight without compromising comfort. A 30D stretch knit fabric on the upper surface provides a touch of luxury, while the flip-over multi-function valve makes rolling up the self-inflating sleeping pad quick and easy.
DESIGNED FOR WOMEN
Shaped for comfort
Wider through the shoulders and hips than a traditional sleeping pad, the shape enhances comfort for those who sleep in a figure-4 position or move frequently through night making it easier to stay on the wider surface area throughout the night.
Maximum comfort with Delta Core V Technology
The Women’s Specific sleeping pads are constructed to provide the most comfort while minimizing bulk and weight. Our Women’s Delta Core V technology leaves foam intact in the hip, foot and torso areas to create extra-comfort and support.
Warmth throughout the night
Our Women’s Delta Core V technology leaves foam also provides additional warmth in the areas where heat is typically lost, like the feet. This thoughtful construction results in a noticeably warmer sleeping pad.
To make inflation and deflation of its air mats easier, Sea to Summit developed the multi-function valve. This valve integrates an inflate port with a one-way valve to prevent air loss before you seal the valve, a rapid air dump deflate port, and a fine tune button to adjust for comfort - all in one compact, low profile unit. It has also been designed to allow easy attachment of a pump, for simpler inflation.
The Pillow Lock™ System comprises of self-adhesive hook-and-loop patches which are supplied with all Sea to Summit sleeping mats (as of Spring 2019). Attached to your sleeping mat, these patches secure your pillow and prevent it slipping – yet they will not snag on clothing or other lightweight fabrics. All Sea to Summit Pillows (as of Spring 2019) are compatible with this system. Existing pillows can be made Pillow Lock™ compatible by adding an Aeros Pillow Case.
The innovative Women’s Delta Core™ system uses smaller cross-section horizontal Delta-shaped cores in the hip and foot areas to create extra-comfort / extra warmth zones in the Women’s Self Inflating mattresses. The coring technology creates extra support and insulation where women need it most. It reduces packed size and weight but leaves the top and bottom surface of the PU foam completely intact. This significantly improves the bonding of the foam to the shell fabric, which reduces the chance of delamination. The horizontal Women’s Delta Core™ technique is used in our Women’s Comfort Light SI and Women’s Comfort Plus SI models.
Sea to Summit Women’s Specific Sleeping Pads:
Built differently from the ground up, to provide women adventurers with the best possible sleep.
Both Air Sprung Cell and Self-Inflating mats have a shape that is narrower at the shoulder, then widest between the hips and knees to permit a natural side or ‘figure four’ sleeping position. Air Sprung Cell pads have more Thermolite® insulation than their Unisex counterparts. Self-Inflating pads have smaller-dimensioned Delta Cores in the hip and foot sections to create extra Comfort and Warmth Zones.
Sea to Summit Women’s Specific Sleeping Bags:
Engineered differently than Unisex models, to provide women adventurers with the best possible sleep.
They have a shape that is narrower at the shoulder, then widest between the hips and knees to permit a natural side or ‘figure four’ sleeping position. Women’s specific body mapping deploys insulation for warmth where it is most needed. Additionally, the Journey and Altitude down bags have a layer of Thermolite synthetic insulation in the footbox to warm your feet more quickly.
Journey, Altitude, and Venture can be zipped into many Sea to Summit Unisex sleeping bags.

Frequently Asked questions
How is this sleeping pad different from other self-inflating sleeping pads?
The technology in this sleeping pad reduces the weight and packed volume of the foam by 40%, making it lighter and more compact while still providing essential support and comfort. Perfect for extended trips in the backcountry.
Is the Women's Comfort Plus Self-Inflating Sleeping Pad warm enough for winter conditions and cold-weather temps?
Yes! This self-inflating sleeping pad has a tested R-Value of 5.1, which is enough insulation for sleeping on really cold ground. It also features warmth and comfort zones in the hips and feet for added protection.
Is the sleeping pad suitable for backpacking when it weighs over 1.5 lbs?
Possibly. At just a little over 1.5 lbs, this sleeping pad is likely too heavy for warm-weather backpacking. However, the little extra weight might be worth it when backpacking in colder environments.
