MULTI-FUNCTION VALVE
MULTI-FUNCTION VALVE
To make inflation and deflation of its air mats easier, Sea to Summit developed the multi-function valve. This valve integrates an inflate port with a one-way valve to prevent air loss before you seal the valve, a rapid air dump deflate port, and a fine tune button to adjust for comfort - all in one compact, low profile unit. It has also been designed to allow easy attachment of a pump, for simpler inflation.
EXTRUSION LAMINATION
EXTRUSION LAMINATION
Extrusion lamination is common in the medical and aeronautical industries, but Sea to Summit pioneered its use in outdoor products. Liquid Thermoplastic Urethane is applied to the face fabric through an extrusion head, where it bonds permanently. The result: Sea to Summit sleeping mats are more reliable and longer-lasting.
PILLOW LOCK SYSTEM
PILLOW LOCK SYSTEM
The Pillow Lock™ System comprises of self-adhesive hook-and-loop patches which are supplied with all Sea to Summit sleeping mats (as of Spring 2019). Attached to your sleeping mat, these patches secure your pillow and prevent it slipping – yet they will not snag on clothing or other lightweight fabrics. All Sea to Summit Pillows (as of Spring 2019) are compatible with this system. Existing pillows can be made Pillow Lock™ compatible by adding an Aeros Pillow Case.

How is this self-inflating sleeping pad different from other entry-level sleeping pads?
This sleeping pad features Delta Core technology, which comes straight from our top-of-the range self-inflating pads.
Is the sleeping pad insulated well enough to protect from cold air and ground temps?
Yes. The Camp Plus Sleeping Pad has a tested R-Value of 4.3, which makes it suitable for use in all but the coldest weather.
Is the packed-size compact enough for backpacking?
Probably not. The regular size sleeping pad is almost two pounds, which than what most backpackers carry. However, for a short hike into a campsite, this pad would be great.

Our warehouse is actively shipping orders from 8am to 1pm MST Monday through Friday. Most orders ship in one business day, but the transit time can take up to 7 days, depending on your distance from Boulder, Colorado.
2nd Day and Next Day Air orders will ship same day if placed by 1pm MST, Monday-Friday (except holidays).
