By participating in this research project, I accept the following terms & conditions set forth. I confirm I am at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in my jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi). No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase will not Increase my chances of winning. The Drawing is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. (New Jersey Notice: This Drawing is not void in New Jersey).

Eligibility:

(the “Drawing”) is open to anyone who received the research survey link and is at least eighteen (18) years of age and has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) and a resident of the United States of America or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories) or Canada and has a valid email address and completes the survey by December 5, 11pm MST. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and the associated companies are not eligible to enter.

Agreement to Official Rules:

By completing the survey and entering the Drawing, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period:

The Survey will be distributed by November 17, 2022 9:00 AM MST with final entries being completed by December 5, 2022 11:00 PM MST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Giveaway by completing the survey. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Drawing.

How to Enter

At the beginning of the Entry Period, you may enter the Drawing by completing the research survey sent to participants. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address. Additional entries per person/email address will not be acknowledged. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Prize Drawing

On or about December 18, 2022, the winner will be selected in a random drawing among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners

Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing by email. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted.

Prizes

One (1) prize will be awarded and one (1) winner will be chosen. Unspecified expenses and taxes (if any) are winner’s sole responsibility. Prize cannot be substituted or transferred; prize is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.  Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor not responsible for technological malfunctions, failures or errors of any kind or for late, lost, corrupted, inaccessible, blocked, stolen, garbled, incomplete, damaged, jumbled entries/emails, which are void.

Privacy and Use of Information Submitted; Publicity:

Any information you submit as part of the research survey will be used solely for research purposes and treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

If Sweepstakes cannot be offered as originally planned for any reason, Sponsor may cancel/suspend/modify Sweepstakes and prize winner(s). By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agencies, officers, directors from any and all liability in conjunction with Sweepstakes and acceptance, receipt, use/misuse of prize. Sweepstakes void where prohibited. For names of winners, send an email to help@seatosummit.com, with SEA TO SUMMIT SURVEY WINNERS in the subject line, for receipt by 1/9/23 at 11:59 PM MT.
