Description
Perfect for the backcountry barista, the X-Brew is a collapsible coffee dripper with a reusable mesh filter. Its compact size and two cup capacity offers an excellent addition to your outdoor camp kitchen. Made from food grade and heat resistant silicone, the X-Brew is extremely durable, easy to use and collapses to a fraction of its in-use size. In addition, it fits neatly inside the X-Pot Kettle, along with an X-Mug to create the ultimate outdoor caffeination kit.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Like all materials used in Sea to Summit cookware products, the heat-resistant silicone used in the X-Series is BPA-free. It is certified to both EU and FDA food grade standards, which signifies very low absorption of external materials. It is also heat resistant to 440ºF and doesn't crack in the cold.
These products are all Bisphenol-a (BPA) free, which means you can have peace of mind while eating and drinking from these products.

Is it dishwasher-safe?
Yes. The X-Brew can safely be washed in a dishwasher, but first remove the stainless steel filter and place it in the dishwasher cutlery basket or hand wash separately.
Does this require a specific coffee filter?
Common coffee filters, like the Melitta #2 filter, fit the X-Brew perfectly.
Is it compatible with the X-Mug?
The base of the X-Brew is slightly bigger than the rim of an X-Mug. It still works on an X-Mug, but could easily tip over if not careful.
What happens if the filter is lost or damaged?
The X-Brew works with common paper filters like Melitta #2. If your filter has become lost or damaged and you'd like to replace it, please reach out to us through our warranty claim form here.
What grind of coffee works best with this coffeemaker?
A medium grind is best for pour-overs: coarser than espresso, but finer than French press grounds.
How do I install the filter mesh?
Place the filter over the circular molded ridge at the base of the cone, then press lightly with your thumbs around the perimeter of the filter to work it back under the ridge.
Is the X-Pan non-stick?
No, the suface of the X-Pan is not non-stick; it's polished hard-anodized aluminum. It's necessary to use more oil and start cooking at a lower temperature than in a non-stick pan.
